About Us

SP Property is a family run company that manages its own property developments & real estate portfolio.

Our management covers various aspects of property, including design, construction & management (residential & commercial).

We manage property developments and our services range from acquisitions through to design and construction. These developments are ‘build to rent’, and after completion, we manage the rental for the residential & commercial units. The developments we manage are mainly residential or mixed use (commercial and residential) which are predominantly new builds and conversions. We also manage individual flats & houses which are held for investment.

In addition, the company manages the property maintenance and repairs for three trading businesses in the hospitability and leisure sector. We have successfully completed the restaurant & kitchen fit outs as well as the extensions & full renovations for these businesses, which have since been open to the public.

Playgolf

Trading business in Harrow (next to northwick par hospital) as a 9 hole golf course with driving range. The remainder of the complex has been split into different units, which have been let out on long leases to Blue Zenzer Bar & Restaurant and Putt Crazy (18 hole indoor adventure golf).
